On Sabbath August 6, there will be NO MEETING at our regular place of worship in Round Rock. Instead we will be in Georgetown in a joint worship service with the members of Hill Country SDA Church and the Georgetown SDA Church. This gives us an opportunity to fellowship with the saints from our sister churches. Georgetown SDA Church Directions: If you are coming from the north on IH-35, take exit #257, cross the highway and go north on the access road. If you are coming from the south, take exit #259. The address is 5105 South IH-35 on the east access road. |

Lightbearers will be hosting a community Harvest Celebration on Sunday, Nov.21, 2010 starting at 2:00pm. This event will be held in the church parking lot at 2102 Rawhide Drive, Round Rock, TX 78681. There will be free food (fruits and vegetables) for you to take home. Also a free meal will be served. Please contact us if you would like to be involved in this community event t. All are invited!

On Sabbath Nov. 6, 2010 there will be no church services at Lightbearers. Most of the staff will be attending the Church Planters Rally in San Antonio that day. All are invited. |

The Youth of Lightbearers SDA Church Present Youth Day On August 21st, 2010 at 2102 Rawhide Drive Round Rock, Texas 78681 We will begin the day at 9:30 am with Sabbath School followed by Divine Service at 11:15 with Guest Speaker Joseph Rene Astran.
Lunch an Italian Affair at 1:00 pm, Literature Distribution 3:00 pm,
AY at 7:30 pm followed by a Social at 8:30 pm - 11:30 pm at The River Horse Ranch Clubhouse located at 1525 Grand Ave Parkway Pflugerville, Texas 78660.
This is one Spiritual Day you do not want to miss. So come on out!!!!! Please feel free to come out at whatever time your schedule will allow. |

Congratulations to the Lightbearers SDA Church on achieving
COMPANY status. In April 2010, the Texas
Conference of Seventh-day Adventist voted unanimously to grant the Lightbearers
Company status. Previously classified as a Church Plant Group, the Lightbearers started conducting Sabbath worship
services at the beginning of 2009 with a few families of less than 20 people in
all. As the news spread, other
Christians in the area who desired a different spiritual experience and to make
a difference in their witness start attending and decided to join the
group. With 4 baptisms in our February
2010 evangelistic crusade we were about to realize this first milestone. One of
the major requirements of obtaining Company Status is having 30 baptized
members. Praise be to God for His guidance. His grace and mercy are amazing!

Just 13 months since its inception, the Lightbearers SDA church plant is proud to announce it first baptismal ceremony. Pastor Evgeni Kovachev baptized 4 junior candidates on February 27 2010 at the Hill Country SDA church as the members and other supporters watched and rejoiced with the heavenly angels. The baptism was scheduled to occur as Lightbearers just finished its first Evangelist crusade with Pastor Michael Olaye. We are excited about this event and are praying that we will continue under the guidance of the Holy Spirit to reach others for Christ our Savior and Lord.Pastor Kovachev is the Coach of the new Lay-Led church plant, and Hill
